Thinking about the major developments in laboratory and medical technology is great. But it only works if the framework conditions are right. An important contribution to a functioning working environment at amedes is of course made by IT. But here, too, there is still work to be done. What we offer our customers, we would also like to make possible for ourselves. That's why we are constantly working on moving our enterprise systems to the cloud and digitizing our departments to a large extent. We are also introducing systems that enable our employees to work in a modern, digital and collaborative way.
One of our most important projects is the modernization of our ERP landscape. On the one hand, this means the technical conversion to SAP S/4HANA, but on the other hand it also means the complete redesign of our process landscape. Our goals: More standards, simplification and, above all, better performance for scalability. This is the only way to quickly integrate future partners into our systems. At the same time, real-time mapping of our data - be it financial, production or personnel data - is an important prerequisite for making competitive decisions.
Above all, we are looking for process enthusiasts who ideally have experience with S/4HANA, have accompanied its roll-out and do not lose sight of the big picture. Furthermore, it is extremely important to bring the people in the company along on the journey and to demonstrate the massive benefits of digital (collaborative) work. If you have experience and passion for digital projects, restructuring and change management, this is the right place for you.
